How I help

Support that meets you where you are.

This venture brings together two things I am incredibly passionate about: supporting those who deliver care, and supporting those who need to find it.

Who I work with

Two distinct areas of support.

For care providers and managers

I understand first-hand the pressures that come with managing a nursing home or care business. From navigating CQC expectations and improving standards to developing teams, increasing occupancy and building relationships with commissioners and NHS partners, I understand the challenges because I've lived them.

I want to offer practical, honest and supportive coaching and consultancy to nursing home managers, independent providers and domiciliary care agencies, helping them build confidence, improve quality, overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

For families navigating the care system

Finding the right care for a loved one can feel overwhelming. Understanding care options, knowing what questions to ask, assessing the quality of a service and navigating the complicated world of care funding and Continuing Healthcare (CHC) can leave families feeling lost at a time when they need support the most.

Having spent over 20 years working in social care, I want to use my knowledge and experience to help families make informed decisions, understand their options and feel confident that they are making the right choices for the people they love.

Whether you need guidance on choosing a nursing home, understanding funding options, exploring CHC or simply need an independent, experienced voice to help you navigate the process, I want to make that journey a little less daunting.

Because quality care should never be about simply finding a bed. It should be about finding the right care, in the right place, for the right reasons.

How it works.

Book a free discovery call

We start with a relaxed 30-minute conversation — no agenda, no pressure. It's a chance for you to share what you're facing and for us to see if working together feels right.

We agree a plan

If you'd like to go ahead, we'll agree on the right type of support for your situation — whether that's a single session or a longer programme.

We work together

Sessions are held via video call or phone, at a time that suits you. I'll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and offer honest, practical guidance.

You move forward with confidence

Whether it's a clearer decision, a stronger team, or simply feeling less alone — the goal is always to leave you in a better place than when we started.

Not sure where to start?

Please get in touch for a no-obligation chat. The discovery call is always the right first step — it's free, there's no commitment, and it gives us both a chance to see if working together is the right fit.
